TIC Software

TIC Software is a leading technology product development and consulting services company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Consulting and Product Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TIC Software is based in Great Neck, New York. You can read more at ticsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with TIC Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
