ThreeCell

ThreeCell is an award-winning design / IT firm with offices in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and Helena, MT. Put simply, it is about designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Social Media Marketing and Web Design. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ThreeCell is based in Kensington, Maryland and founded in 2003. You can read more at threecell.com.
