The New Protocol

The New Protocol provides software development, database management, networking and systems re-engineering services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting.

The New Protocol is based in Farmingdale, New York. Their site is newprotocol.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with The New Protocol, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
