The Cluen Corporation

The Cluen Corporation is a developer of executive search software solutions for search firms and corporate recruiting/sourcing teams. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The Cluen Corporation is based in New York, New York. Their site is cluen.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
