Tek-Pal

Tek-Pal is a software development firm that aims at staff augmentation, application development, infrastructure management, and IT strategy. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Application Performance Management, Consulting, IT Management and Software Engineering. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
