TechReviewSource

TechReviewSource is a website that follows the consumer technology industry and reviews related products from the industry. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consumer Electronics, Electronics, Hardware and News. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TechReviewSource is based in Macomb, Michigan. You can read more at techreviewsource.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used TechReviewSource? Rate it.
