SURELINC

SURELINC is an IT company that provides big data analytic solutions, custom cloud software solutions, and consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Big Data, Cloud Computing and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SURELINC is based in Missouri City, Texas. More on surelinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with SURELINC, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
