Sonic Soak

Sonic Soak is the best ultrasonic cleaner and the world's smallest portable washing machine. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Electronics and Renewable Energy, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sonic Soak is based in Los Angeles, California. You can read more at sonicsoak.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Sonic Soak, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
