Solutions

Solutions develops and markets custom software and technology services for local governments. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Consulting and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Solutions is based in Spencer, Iowa. Their site is gmdsolutions.com.
