SoftAge Systems

SoftAge Systems delivers data management, document management, and software development services for multiple industries. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Data Management, Developer Tools, Document Management and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SoftAge Systems is based in Tallahassee, Florida. More on softage.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
