Sitehound

Sitehound delivers software for efficient inventory management with features like asset tracking and barcode creation. Put simply, it is about writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that produce a lot of documents. Alongside the main category they mention Asset Management and Document Management. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Sitehound is based in Bellevue, Washington. Their site is sitehoundapp.com.

Things worth asking about: offline access, permissions, and export formats. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
