Simpletech

Simpletech provides restaurant and retail point of sale software solutions. The job it does: ringing up sales in person and syncing them with inventory.

It makes the most sense for shops, restaurants and pop-ups. They also list Point of Sale, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Simpletech is based in Cleves, Ohio. You can read more at simpletechllc.com.

Our checklist for this category: hardware, offline mode, and processing fees. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Simpletech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
