Servercraft

Servercraft provides premium Game Servers and Dedicated Servers to customers around the world. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Servercraft is based in Houston, Texas. More on servercraft.co.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Servercraft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
