Scratchoo

Scratchoo is a software company that offers branding and web design services for startup companies. Put simply, it is about designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Personal Branding and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Scratchoo is based in Tualatin, Oregon. More on scratchoo.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
