Schedule Star

Schedule Star has been the leader in high school athletic management. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Schedule Star is based in Wheeling, West Virginia. Their site is schedulestar.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Schedule Star well, your review carries weight here.
