Robert Felten Software

Robert Felten Software provides television streaming, web API development, software development consulting and contracting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Robert Felten Software is based in South Bend, Washington. Their site is robertfelten.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Robert Felten Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
