RentMindMe

RentMindMe is an automated rent payment management solution for tenants, owners, and property managers. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. They also list Leasing, Property Management, Real Estate and Rental, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

RentMindMe is based in Toledo, Ohio and around since 2018. Their site is rentmindme.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with RentMindMe, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
