Renting Authority

Renting Authority supports landlords with online tools. The job it does: writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

The natural audience is teams that produce a lot of documents. Related areas on their profile: Document Management and Real Estate. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Renting Authority is based in Orem, Utah. More on rentingauthority.com.
