RB Data Services

RB Data Services is a professional services firm using CRM along with our expertise to identify, refine & automate key business processes. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list CRM, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

RB Data Services is based in San Diego, California. Their site is rbdata.com.
