PublikDemand

PublikDemand is a free services platform helping consumers resolve complaints with big companies by using public pressure to get a response. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Lead Generation, TV and Video, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PublikDemand is based in Palo Alto, California and around since 2012. More on publikdemand.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with PublikDemand, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
