PTC WIZARD

PTC Wizard is a parent teacher conference scheduling software platform. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PTC WIZARD is based in Boca Raton, Florida. More on ptcwizard.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with PTC WIZARD, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
