Predictive Dynamix

Predictive Dynamix provides computational intelligence software for forecasting, modeling, and optimizing applications services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Predictive Analytics. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Predictive Dynamix is based in Houston, Texas and founded in 1999. You can read more at predictivedynamix.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Predictive Dynamix, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
