Picktime

Picktime is a free online scheduling software and a booking management system that manages your appointments, classes, group bookings. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Picktime is based in Austin, Texas and founded in 2017. Their site is picktime.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Picktime well, your review carries weight here.
