PCTechBytes

PCTechBytes is a provider of free computer repair help through forums, tech chat and online tutorials. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware and Printing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PCTechBytes is based in Southampton, Pennsylvania. You can read more at pctechbytes.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
