Paravel Systems

Paravel Systems distributes a wide range of automation systems, wall time, software and hardware products to the broadcast industry. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Broadcasting and Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Paravel Systems is based in Warrenton, Virginia. More on paravelsystems.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
