Palmetto Technology Group

Palmetto Technology Group is an outsourced IT company that helps organizations with tech tools, software, apps, and systems. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Cloud Data Services, Cloud Management, Cyber Security and Technical Support. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Palmetto Technology Group is based in Greenville, South Carolina. More on goptg.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Palmetto Technology Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
