Nylex.Net

Nylex.Net is an IT company specialized in unified communication, IT infrastructure and video conferencing systems. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
