NovusEdge

NovusEdge provides physical security solutions that control access and monitor environments, and manage alerts to protect users' assets. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Security and Smart Building. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NovusEdge is based in Lisle, Illinois. Their site is novusedge.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with NovusEdge, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
