Northstar Data Systems

Northstar Data Systems is a custom programming firm for business applications. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Northstar Data Systems is based in Columbus, Ohio and around since 1994. You can read more at nn.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Northstar Data Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
