Nolex

Nolex offers Internet access, email, website, and wireless services for home, office, or small business. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Wireless. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Nolex is based in San Francisco, California. More on nolex.com.
