Neapolitan Labs

Neapolitan Labs provides businesses and organizations a foundational digital presence that delivers continual growth. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Graphic Design and Web Design. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Neapolitan Labs is based in Des Moines, Iowa. Their site is neapolitanlabs.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
