NDM Global

Here is NDM Global in plain terms. A global software product development and professional services organization with expertise in systems integrations. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Data Integration and Intelligent Systems, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

NDM Global is based in Dover, Delaware. Their site is ndmglobal.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
