Micro Solutions

Micro Solutions is an IT solutions firm that offers resource optimization, system management, data migration, and networking services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Micro Solutions is based in Thousand Oaks, California and founded in 1986. You can read more at micro-sol.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
