Mexcom

Mexcom specializes in providing satellite vehicle tracking solutions and offers software, hardware and GPS services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention GPS and Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Mexcom is based in Laredo, Texas and around since 2012. More on mexcomltd.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Mexcom, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
