Metro Digital Group

Metro Digital Group provides software, hardware and graphic workstation solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Metro Digital Group is based in Burbank, California. More on metvid.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Metro Digital Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
