Merit's Software with a Service (SwaS) transforms large-scale government programs. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list GovTech, Identity Management, Information Services and Virtual Workforce, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.
