Memberful

Memberful is a professional membership software used by the web creators. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

Who is it for? Mostly retailers and brands. Related areas on their profile: Communities, Digital Media, E-Commerce and Subscription Service. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Memberful is based in Ponte Vedra, Florida. Their site is memberful.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Memberful, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
