Matrix Solutions

Matrix Solutions Inc supplies hardware, software, and services for data center management and security. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Matrix Solutions is based in Mount Airy, North Carolina. More on matrixsolutionsinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Matrix Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
