Macrosys

Macrosys specializes in information technology, software, data backup, network management, research and analysis services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Data Storage. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Macrosys is based in Arlington, Virginia. You can read more at macrosysrt.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Macrosys, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
