Lifeshadow

LifeShadow, LLC is a venture-funded startup located near Chicago, IL. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consumer Electronics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Lifeshadow is based in Lake Zurich, Illinois and around since 2007. You can read more at lifeshadow.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Lifeshadow, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
