Liberet

Liberet is a software development company that provides web app development, user experience design, and system design services. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention UX Design, Web Design and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Liberet is based in Lewes, Delaware. You can read more at liberet.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
