Ledgerset

Ledgerset is a it services and consulting company. Supplier collaboration. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ledgerset is based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. More on ledgerset.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
