Keybot

Keybot is a smart rental access Robot that automates access for rental properties. Put simply, it is about connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

The natural audience is manufacturers and operators. They also list Hardware, Internet of Things, Mobile, Property Management and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Keybot is based in Saint Louis, Missouri. Their site is getkeybot.com.
