Kehtron Computers

Kehtron Computers is a computer solutions company that specializes in assembling, repairing, and selling IBM XT computer systems. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Hardware. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Kehtron Computers is based in Wilmington, Delaware. More on kehtron.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
