Kangal Associates

Kangal Associates provides IT consulting and services such as cloud solutions, business consulting, eDiscovery and digital forensics. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Kangal Associates is based in Mobile, Alabama. You can read more at kangal.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
