Janus Technology

Janus Technology Limited develops software for smart home and building automation, offering custom drivers and consultancy services. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Internet of Things. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Janus Technology is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Their site is janustechnology.co.uk.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Janus Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
