Jackalope

Jackalope provides a comprehensive suite of tools for intelligent self-employment that help you work smarter, not harder. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Big Data, Consulting, Mobile, Professional Services and Sharing Economy. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Jackalope is based in Seattle, Washington. More on jackalo.pe.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Jackalope, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
