IRIS Freight

IRIS is an end-to-end Shipping platform, creating a safer, more efficient, and more transparent supply chain for perishable goods. That is the short version of IRIS Freight. In practice that means running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce, Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain Management and Transportation. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IRIS Freight is based in Santa Monica, California and around since 2019. More on irisfreight.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
