Invent.us

INVENT is an innovative software as a service and technology consulting firm. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Invent.us is based in Wilmington, Delaware and founded in 2019. You can read more at invent.us.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Invent.us, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
