Intridea

Intridea, a web products and services company, develops application software, user interface design and custom mobile application solutions. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Android, iOS, Mobile and Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Intridea is based in Washington, District of Columbia. Their site is intridea.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
